Tinc

tinc is a Virtual Private Network (VPN) daemon that uses tunnelling and encryption to create a secure private network between hosts on the Internet. tinc is Free Software and licensed under the GNU General Public License version 2 or later.

WireGuard

WireGuard is designed as a general purpose VPN for running on embedded interfaces and super computers alike, fit for many different circumstances. Initially released for the Linux kernel, it is now cross-platform (Windows, macOS, BSD, iOS, Android) and widely deployable. The kernel components are released under the GPLv2, as is the Linux kernel itself. Other projects are licensed under MIT, BSD, Apache 2.0, or GPL, depending on context.

Cisco Anyconnect

The Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client provides secure SSL and IPsec/IKEv2 connections to the ASA or virtual ASA (ASAv) for remote users. AnyConnect is available for Windows, macOS and Linux.
